What a find The rooms are clean, comfortable, warm and have everything you need. Full hospitality tray with nice busied and plenty of tea, coffee and milk Emma is so helpful and friendly and clearly cares about the guest and property. It's room only but the cereal and snacks left are for people to use are helpful. I would highly recommend here and will return

Stayed spring bank . Fantastic place to stay. Wonderful host Emma. Appreciated all the little touches, especially the snacks provided which just enhanced the stay. Spotlessly clean and close to all amenities. Can't fault. Will be coming back in future.

Lovely budget friendly stay, the room was very clean and the host Emma was really attentive to our needs. Fantastic location was a 10 minute walk to the harbour and the beaches were lovely. Although there was no breakfast there was a variety of cereals, fresh milk, yogurts and fruit. Drinks were also available at no cost a really kind and generous gesture. Will definitely visit again
